Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, gently used or like new, and returned to us in our address in USA at your own cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please add supporting photos and videos. 

The wrong address was entered at the checkout
Unfortunately, mistakes happen, if you have entered the wrong address at check please get in contact with us within 24 hours so that we can change the address before we ship your product out. After we have processed your order we will not be able to change the destination address and therefore cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. If this has happened to you we highly recommend you contact the couriers.

Cancel your order
We understand that you may change your mind after purchasing so we allow a 5-minute window from the time you checkout to contact us via email to cancel your order. Because we try to send our products out as fast as possible, our shipping team will start processing your order after 5 minutes. If it has been longer than 5 minutes you will need to receive your product and go through the refund process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We understand that returning products online can be a little frustrating however our happy team is always ready to help you resolve any problem. With this being said we will not accept any abusive emails or calls made to our customer service team and will not respond to such communications. Treat our team how you would like to be treated.
